We welcome the submission of personalised or third-party items!


The information set out below gives all you need to consider when submitting any items for our news blog. Items should be in keeping with the ethos and topics of this website, and we reserve the right not to publish items that are not relevant.

Submitting articles to 4WardEverUK


Please Note, We would need content submitted (in the agreed formats) as detailed below:


Articles should be submitted in draft (but fully edited/spell-checked) either on your website or submitted in Word format and each section / document clearly labelled.


To keep a consistent look to our blog articles they should consist of at least 200 to 550 words or so where possible.


PDF or image fliers should be accompanied by the article text as set out above. (PDF documents and image fliers alone are not always compatible for visually impaired users).


Provide any clearly specified attachments / downloads as separate Word or PDF documents.


Please ensure any links required in the article(s) are clearly defined to a specific line of text.

The full guidance also includes requirements for images, graphs or tables and your responsibilities under the Disability Act 2010.

Submitting Case Profiles ..

Important: We publish‘Case Profiles’ on this website. These are items detailing a particular case. We welcome submission of Case Profiles case provided they fall within the campaigning focus of 4WardEverUK.


We reserve the right not to publish items that are submitted.


  • Submit a bespoke profile if you wish
  • Choose from our pending cases - see tab below
  • The 4WardEverUK Team will contact you to confirm allocation of pending cases selected for submission
  • Once you've received this email please refer to the Volunteer Writers Guide: Download here >
  • Once you have completed your article(s) simply forward them to the email provided in the Volunteer Writers Guide
  • We will let you know we have received your submissions which may be subject to editing by 4WardEverUK prior to publishing on the website
  • Credit will be given to all our volunteer writers in the final published Case Profile

  • We have no awkward rules on font type or size etc. Although general guidance is provided to volunteers we will carry out a ‘tidy up’ of all submitted articles so you don’t have to be over-concerned when putting your article(s) together
